This is an excellent opportunity for a SharePoint Administrator with five plus of demonstrated experience in an enterprise web environment supporting Windows SharePoint Services to join AZAD’s team of professionals. The AZAD consultant will possess extensive administration experience with MS Project Server 2007 implementation and SharePoint 2007/MOSS. This is a multi-year opportunity in Portland metro area.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Configuration and management of Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services (WSS).
- Configuration and management of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
- Working knowledge of IIS.
- Enterprise search configuration and administration.
- Configuration and management of MS Project Server 2007 implementation.
- Configuration and management of SQL Server as it relates to MOSS 2007.
- Working knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory as it relates to MOSS 2007.
Responsibilities for this project include:
- Configure and administer multiple medium sized Sharepoint farms including MOSS 2007, MS Project Server 2007, and Sharepoint Portal 2003.
- Act as a point-of-contact to troubleshoot application and server issues.
- Recommend and apply configuration settings to meet business needs and security requirements.
- Administer general system monitoring and verification.
- Collaborate with a server team on implementation of patches, hot fixes, service packs, etc.
