I want to include a custom js file in the master page that is available to all my sub sites.  Putting the file in the 12 hive on the server isn't an option, so a SharePoint:ScriptLink won't work will it?

 

Is there another option?  My dev and my staging environments are not identically named site collections, so right now I am just changing the links to the script in the master page when I move stuff over.  Looking for a way to not have to do that.
