I am trying to set up an RSS feed viewer. I am accessing the Trimet.org feed. Their administrator said we were hitting 5000 times a day :-o and asked us to store it on our server and have the server hit every 20 minutes to check for updates. I was wondering what others were doing with their RSS feeds? I couldn't find where to set external RSS feeds. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb862533.aspx To be clear, I get the feed just fine, I just want to configure it so it isn't hitting their server every time one of our 1000 employees opens the page.
