Currently SP dont lock a "list" item if 2+ users are editing the same record.  If user A saves first, user B can edit but goes to save and then it errors out saying that the data is stale and refresh is needed. Then everything User b did is lost. Dont that seem backwards? Should it say User A is currently editing this and what can i do to solve this?
