All organizations need to track and manage work items that exist outside the formal structures of projects, such as Activities, Tasks, Help Desk Items, Trouble Tickets, Issues, Defects, etc.  Leveraging the collaborative capabilities of SharePoint and the new ‘Work Tracker’ and ‘Work Manager’ templates of pmPoint provides an affordable and highly adoptable solution for practical work management. With these templates work can optionally be housed in a SharePoint environment with the organizations projects, thus enabling an organization to manage all types of work and projects in the one SharePoint environment.

On May 12th join BrightWork to see a live demonstration of how SharePoint is extended with out-of-the-box templates from pmPoint to capture, investigate and report on individual work items and work item lists.
